LIFE SAVING TIPS
Caffeine Naps
A caffeine nap is the consumption of about 200mg of caffeine immediately followed by a 20-minute power nap. Since caffeine is a stimulant this may seem counterintuitive, but it take about 30 minutes for caffeine to enter the bloodstream. This timeframe allows for a 20-minute nap before the “alerting” effect of caffeine hits the brain.
Caffeine naps helps you reap the benefit
of feeling rested from a short sleep cycle
as well as feeling alert from the caffeine
kicking in.
